Each participating open house will be indicated by Open House signs, and blue balloons featuring the REALTOR® logo. The Florida Open House Weekend is sponsored by more than 115,000 Florida Realtors covering areas from the Panhandle to Key West.

The Open House Weekend takes place two weeks before the April 30, 2010 deadline for the Federal home buyer tax credit, for which home buyers can receive a tax credit of up to $8,000.
