Cape Coral Real Estate Company Expands Commercial Division

The company’s growth will be celebrated in conjunction with the Grand Opening of the newly renovated South Cape Business Center, located at 3208 Chiquita Blvd. The celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Wednesday, December 12th at 4pm. The Commercial Division consists of Steve Root, Paul Gregg, Vince Honc, Jack Tamblyn, and Fred Wagner.

Steve Root, Commercial Team Leader, comes from an extensive banking background, including several CEO positions, SVP of Fifth Third Bank in Naples, and most recently the former co-founder of the Community Bank of Cape Coral. After more than 50 years in the banking business, Steve joined Miloff Aubuchon Realty to form this commercial team of professionals.

Paul Gregg has a variety of experience in the financial industry, including public accounting, financial planning, and commercial banking. He also has experience serving on the finance committees of many local non-profit boards.

Vince Honc, a native of Lee County, has been in the business of real estate his entire career, from buying, selling and developing both residential and commercial properties, to assembling acreage, permitting and selling multiple mine sites locally. He was also the top Excavation Contractor where he was responsible for site work in many well-known planned communities such as Cape Harbour.

Jack Tamblyn is a 44 year commercial banking veteran, holding executive positions for several financial institutions including City National Bank of Detroit, First Bankers Corp, Bank of America as Senior Lender for 25 years, then retiring as the President of the Bank of Naples.

Fred Wagner has more than 30 years experience in banking, holding several senior management positions, including Senior Manager of Lending for the Bank of Florida SW. He also owned and operated a grocery store where he transformed a failing business to an overwhelming success.
