The Automobile Club of Southern California has announced its 2009 Quality Service Award honorees and Osborn’s Automotive was one of just 54 auto repair shops, selected from 600-plus AAA-Approved Auto Repair facilities in Southern California, to have earned the award. And, one of only 7 shops in the Los Angeles County to have earned it more than once. To receive an award, extremely stringent Auto Club standards must be met for a consecutive two-year period:
• No more than one complaint from an Auto Club member.
• A minimum 99 percent customer satisfaction rating during two consecutive surveys.
• No facility deficiencies during either of the Auto Club’s detailed annual shop inspections or the bi-monthly shop reviews.
“Automobiles are technologically challenging to repair and maintain,” said the AAA Approved Auto Repair Program Manager Michael Hoshaw. “We are pleased to acknowledge the ongoing dedication and effort necessary to provide exemplary customer service to motorists. These repair shops exceeded our program’s strict requirements.”
Along with the AAA Award, Osborn's Automotive proudly announces its achievement of once again being voted as the "South Bay’s Best Auto Repair" by the readers of the "Daily Breeze" newspaper for three consecutive years.
