St. Armand’s Circle welcomes Tango Steakhouse and Sushi Bar.
Tango, an Argentinean style Steakhouse and Sushi Bar is celebrating its grand opening with specials through the end of March. Located at 326 John Ringling Boulevard, both floors of the building have undergone extensive renovations. The new décor is a must see.
The first level is intimately lit. Beautiful Tango artwork adorns the walls. There is a large bar along with table seating for up to 80 guests to enjoy a fine meal or libation.
For those with special needs, an elevator has been installed to take you to the second level. The atmosphere on this floor is strikingly different from downstairs. With walls painted a soft coral and stunning modern Asian art, the room has more of a lounge feeling to it. There is an outdoor deck which features a spectacular view of the Circle, another bar and table seating for up to 80 people. Guests may also sit at the Sushi Bar and watch the master chefs with over forty years experience prepare their orders.
Serving both steak and sushi may seem an unusual combination, but the owners had great vision in realizing that neither steak or sushi was available in the immediate area. In addition, steak and sushi top the list of current popular food trends. And judging by the response of guests, the combination is a winner.
Argentina is well known for its exceptional foods and wines. Tango Steakhouse and Sushi Bar has paired these assets perfectly, offering a full menu of wonderful flavors and carefully selected 90+ rated wines. There are also many Signature dishes such as the “Hacienda Hash” and the “St. Armands” sushi roll that taste great and cannot be found elsewhere.
