8McDo Delivery Service launches 2-way access points to McDonald’s treats

MANILA, PHILIPPINES—McDonald’s customers now enjoy a two-way access point to McDonald’s delivery service as the fast food giant launched this year a Web-based ordering system designed to complement its Dial 8McDo phone delivery service.

Called McDelivery, the online delivery service from 8McDo can be accessed online at www.McDelivery.com.PH. Customers can log on to the website and simply “drag-and-drop” orders. An 8McDo representative will then get in touch with the customer to confirm the order.

The online delivery service was launched this year, coinciding with the seventh anniversary of Dial 8McDo. According to McDonald’s Philippines, both the online and phone accessibility of McDonald’s Delivery Service are designed to make food delivery faster and more convenient anywhere in the Philippines.

“Gone are the days when one had to search for the number of the closest McDonald’s,” the fast food giant said at their website. “With the new and interactive website, customers can select their favorite McDonalds treats. After the orders, a customer service representative shall call to confirm the orders. McDelivery proves that they are more than just serving delicious meals. They surely know how to make their customers happy.”
