New video marketing tutorial from Kersh Media; everything you wanted to know about video marketi

Oct. 23, 2009 - PRLog -- UK video marketing company Kersh Media has released the first in a new series of online video tutorials to help businesses benefit from video marketing.
The first video is entitled “video marketing tutorial – what is video marketing” and provides an introduction to the subject.
Filmed at Kersh Media and KWIKVID’s offices in Kent, the video explains what video marketing is, how it works and why it is so effective.
Kersh Media’s Head of Video Marketing Graham Majin said, “we wanted to create a series of short videos that are of a higher quality than the average online marketing video.
“There are lots of videos out there, but most are shot on a laptop webcam with very low production values. It’s often very hard to hear what people are saying – even assuming that what they’re saying is worth hearing!”
The videos are aimed at marketing professionals and businessmen and women who are starting to hear about video marketing, social marketing and content marketing and who want to find out more about it.
“We’ve tried to make the style friendly and we’ve put lots of examples into the video to show people real life case studies” said Graham.
“Social marketing, buzz marketing, content marketing; all these things are starting to come onto the radar of mainstream businesses and people are asking “what are these things and should I be doing them”? we want to help people understand what it’s all about” said Graham.
To make the video, Graham teamed up with Lucy Mayor who’s a well known Kent journalist and broadcaster.
“In the first video we look at a number of questions such as; the relationship between universal search and video marketing and some real examples of basic video marketing in action” said Graham.
“We also look at why Google and search engines love video so much; could it be anything to do with the fact that Google owns YouTube?” asks Graham wryly!
“We also look at some of the latest online video statistics and YouTube viewing metrics”.
More videos will be released on a regular basis covering a range of online marketing and internet video topics such as the practical side of “How to do video marketing” and “Where to get video content for your business”.
