Doyen Medipharm LLC, of Lakeland, Florida, a specialist supplier to the medical and pharmaceutical industries, presents its expertise in converting and packaging machines at PackExpo 2009, Booth C3009.
Doyen officially launched a new line of thermoform packaging machines earlier this year, adding to their proven range of rotary and platen high speed four side seal machines. The new thermoformers are versatile, allowing for the efficient processing of flexible, semi-rigid and rigid films. There is a variety of possibilities for forming and sealing, as well as multiple cutting options to choose from, facilitating the customisation of the machines for individual customer requirements.
Another recent packaging innovation is a new fast changeover continuous motion platen sealer, which is a preferred option for integration into Doyen’s fully automated converting and packaging lines.
Doyen's converting machine options include fully automated systems for the manufacture of wound care dressings, transdermal patches and oral strips, as well and integrated or standalone packaging equipment for gloves & medical and diagnostic devices
