Doyen 4DS Machine at Compamed 2008
Wymondham, UK. Doyen Medipharm, a specialist supplier of Converting and Packaging equipment for the medical and pharmaceutical industries, is planning a repeat demonstration of its new 4DS Dressing Converting machine at the Compamed show in Dusseldorf (Hall 08a, F04).
Launched at Compamed 2008, the machine was well received as an entry-level addition to Doyen’s range of high end Wound Care, Transdermal Patch and Oral Strip manufacturing equipment. The 4DS provides a solution for manufacturers of wound care products with lower production requirements while retaining Doyen quality and efficiency.
This year, Doyen has expanded their medical packaging range by adding new thermoforming solutions to their proven range of high speed four side seal packaging machines, offering many options for cutting and sealing in a fully validated setup. Another recent packaging innovation is a new fast changeover continuous motion platen sealer, which is a preferred option for integration into Doyen’s fully automated converting and packaging lines.
