Matthew Quest of Capital Commercial recently represented Centurion, Inc. in the purchase of a 4,800 square foot office building at 1605 Manhattan Drive in Waukesha for a final price of $465,000. The building, a property acquired by J. Anthony Properties, LLC in 2007 was then renovated and converted into both the office and showroom for their home-building company,
J. Anthony Homes.
Centurion Inc., a telecommunications company boasting a nationwide client list across all industries, was looking for a new headquarters following the expiration of their lease. They reached out to Matthew Quest of Capital Commercial Real Estate to assist them in the acquisition of a new headquarters. After researching a variety of different properties, Quest approached Centurion Inc. with the J. Anthony Properties, LLC property. Since then, the sale has transpired and all sides were very pleased with the results.
