This news comes shortly after Cinemar's announcement of their sports bar audio and video control package. As a strategic partner, NeoPro line of matrix switchers are being offered directly to dealers through Cinemar to enable one-stop shopping and integration. Cinemar recently finished development on drivers for NeoPro entire line of switchers.
Cinemar's sports bar AV package was created for the installer desiring fast turn-around, no programming and an increase in profits. After consultation from a Cinemar representative, the appropriate NeoPro matrix switchers are selected based on the number of inputs and outputs. Cinemar's in-house team handles the graphic design, layout and programming of the user interface displayed on the included touch panel pc. All the hardware is then delivered to the installer pre-programmed. The installer is responsible for connecting the hardware once it arrives.
Bartenders can see which TV is on which HD source. A list of station favorites enable one touch channel selection. Cinemar CEO, Mario Cascio stated, "We can even display the channel number each TV is on with select satellite boxes such as DirecTV." Cascio continued, "Thanks to our other strategic partners, we can go beyond just controlling TV's and satellite boxes. Our touch screens control lights, bar signs and thermostats. We can also display current and forecast weather data as well as energy usage right on the touch screen." The user interface is completely customizable by the installer allowing it to be branded with the installer logo and the sports bar.
