Local Company Adds Four More National Awards To Their Collection

PR Log (Press Release) – Apr 02, 2009 – Energy Swing Windows and Doors of Murrysville is proud to announce that Steve Rennekamp, company President, was awarded three national awards by Certified Contractors Network (CCN) this past Saturday, January 10th. Ashley Moss, Energy Swing’s Marketing Specialist, also won an award. The awards were presented at CCN's winter conference in Naples, Florida.

CCN is a national organization that promotes ethics, education, leadership, and innovation to achieve mutual benefit between the construction industry and the community. Energy Swing has been a member of the organization for seven years.

This was not the first time Rennekamp and company have walked away with honors. Rennekamp, who has been very involved in aiding other contractors in the U.S. with their marketing and client satisfaction, was awarded the “Most Helpful Member Award” and the “Tool Box Award” for the second year in a row. The “Most Helpful Member Award” is given to the member of CCN who most willingly shares information with other members in order to help them improve their client interactions and employee commitment.  The “Tool Box Award” recognizes an individual for being a major contributor to the association’s membership newsletter by contributing articles on customer satisfaction and employee involvement in the customer satisfaction process.

Rennekamp also won the award for the “Best Marketing Idea of the Year” for his efforts to improve CCN’s Marketing MasterMind sessions. He has moved the sessions to become more interactive, and ultimately, a more essential and effective part of the conferences.

Moss, who has been with Energy Swing now for almost a year, received the Special Achievement Award for going above and beyond the call of duty. As Marketing Specialist, Moss has made positive impacts on the company’s direct mail efforts, has enhanced the effectiveness of the event-marketing program, initiated a Public Relations Program that has produced positive results and new business at minimal cost, while enhancing the image of Energy Swing in the community.

These are not the first national awards won by Energy Swing Employees (who now have a running total of twelve national awards).  These awards reflect Energy Swing’s dedication to 100% client satisfaction and company ethics.  The company’s mission has helped to increase business through referrals by achieving a high level of trust with all of their customers.  This strategy is one of the reasons the company recently received another important award, the 2008 Western PA Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics.
