The approximate 16,820 Square Foot Building located at the corner of New Florissant Road and Derhake was sold to an “ALPS” (Always Low Prices) Grocery Store operator. “It feels good when a deal comes together that benefits everyone involved including the local community” said Joseph Ord of the transaction. The surrounding neighborhood has been without a near-by grocery store since Save-A-Lot moved out of the same location.
