Russell Targ to Appear on the P.O.R.T.A.L. Paranormal Talk Radio Show

Targ is a physicist, an early pioneer in laser, who co-founded a 23-year research project in psychic abilities and its use with remote viewing for the CIA, Defense Intelligence Agency and the Army Intelligence along with Harold E. Puthoff at the Stanford Research Institute in the 1970’s and 1980’s.

How does one describe a legend in science and research? As a physicist, Targ lead the way for the development in laser technology and communications. His contributions and inventions won  awards from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. His success did not stop there. As a co-founder of psychic research and its abilities to be used for government operations, Targ along with colleague, Harold E. Putoff developed the remote viewing program for the CIA, Defense Intelligence Agency and Army Intelligence. The program was such a success, that to this day, what they developed is considered to be the ultimate matrix in using psychic abilities.

Russell Targ is considered to be the “Godfather” of remote-viewing, but I imagine this status is small in comparison to his tremendous contributions to humanity. In addition to his tremendous achievements, Targ is an author. Among his works are “Limitless Mind: A Guide to Remote Viewing and Transformation of Consciousness,” “Mind Reach: Scientists Look at Psychic Abilities,” and a highly anticipated autobiography, “Do You See What I See: Memoirs of a Blind Biker” which was published in 2008.
