December Events at Dodge Park Rest Home and Day Club

Nov. 10, 2008 - PRLog -- We would like to wish all our residents and family member a wonderful holiday season. May this coming holiday season and the new year, will bring happiness, great health and prosperity.

Christmas Party :  Our Resident and Family Christmas Party will be taking place on Sunday, December 21st, from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Elliott Lockwood will be providing the sounds of Christmas favorites, and refreshments will be provided. Highlighting the     festivities will be a visit from Santa Claus, so bring the family and enjoy an Old Fashion Christmas get-together. And please remember that Santa will be available for pictures, so bring your
camera to capture the memories.

Bringing in 2009 : Come celebrate bringing in 2009 with our
Resident—New Year's Party, held Wednesday, December 31st, at 2:30 p.m. Returning to the facility to provide entertainment for the festive event is the energetic Bob Quiry. Refreshments and light pastries will be prepared by our kitchen staff. Party hats and favors will be handed out for  everyone to bring in "2009.

We would like to wish you all a Happy Hanukkah. Hanukkah is the annual Jewish festival celebrated on eight successive days beginning on the 25th day of Kislev, the third month of the Jewish calendar, corresponding, approximately, to December 22md this year. It is also known as the Festival of Lights. Join us to light the candles, enjoy the special donuts and play with the dreidels.
