Tanya writes an educational and inspirational e-book that depicts her years of knowledge and training in the industry and delves into thoughts and processes as well as areas of professionalism. Tanya brings 16 years of experience from the New Home Building and Development industries including numerous in Sr. level management. Currently an International Marketing and Strategy Analyst for destination resort developers, hoteliers, and international banks, Tanya’s background encompasses successful work in the international arena, development, building, sales, and marketing with building and development teams for 16 years – at one time overseeing sales operations budgets totaling over $150M and directing teams and processes of $15M-$76M one-day resort sales.

Her inspirational focus is on communication, issue exploration and resolution, thought-processing, analysis, and asking questions. Her new e-book embraces all of these techniques. Tanya wrote numerous articles for a prior president of the Denver Home Builders Association in Colorado, and later authored some with her name. She has 7 years of formal education; has read 1000s of business, communication, relationship, sales, and psychology books; maintains a health regime of fitness and yoga; and a business acumen of identifying corporate processes and improvements. She is a mentor for women and a writer and speaker.
