Permanent cosmetic make-up is a process where pigments are inserted into the dermal layer of the skin permanently. The most common areas treated are eyebrows, eyeliner and lips. Although the treatment is popular among those who want to look their best no matter what time of day, permanent make-up is especially ideal for: athletes, people who have sparse brows, those with seasonal allergies or allergies to conventional cosmetics or people with unsteady hands when applying cosmetic products.
Brenda received her training at John Hashey's Advanced School of Permanent Cosmetics in Tampa, Florida. She is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, the largest non-profit association for this industry. She has met the highest standards for safety and technical ability.
