July 3, 2007 - PRLog -- When it comes to changing jobs, money talks.  In its latest employment survey, financial staffing leader, Accounting Partners, reports that 79% of employees polled would be enticed to leave their current position with a 20% increase in pay.  " We prefer that the candidates we represent have a "career wound" says President Ted Macauley.  " We have found lack of recognition, low growth potential, and unchallenging jobs to be areas we look for rather than simply fishing for more money.  In our experience, over the long run, more money doesn't necessarily translate into a better situation.  With that being said, it is important that compensation is monitored as this is obviously a hot spot in a very difficult recruiting market."
