KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Feb. 12, 2024 - PRLog -- Jeanne Myrick, an eighth-grade student at Pembroke Hill Middle School, one of the top 10 private schools in Missouri, has authored an inspiring cookbook titled "Quick and Easy Recipes for Pre-Teens". This unique collection of recipes is tailored specifically for the younger demographic, encouraging pre-teens to explore their culinary skills.

Inspired by Linda Elliott, the executive chef of the Wornall Campus at Pembroke Hill and a seasoned professional with 15 years under her belt serving with FLIK Fine Dining, Pembroke Hill's food service partner, Jeanne has put together a cookbook that resonates with her peers. Her passion for creativity, which also extends to music and crafts, shines through in this culinary venture.

A member of the 8th-grade debate team and drumline, and the author of two books, Jeanne thrives in the creatively stimulating environment of Pembroke Hill. Her latest endeavor into the culinary world is a testament to her versatile talents and her school's nurturing atmosphere.

The cookbook, set to be distributed and printed by MagCloud, has been edited by La'Nardo Myrick Sr., Jeanne's father, and is supported by 9.0 Magazine. Scheduled for release on February 17, 2024, "Quick and Easy Recipes for Pre-Teens" promises to be a delightful and practical addition to any young chef's collection.
