Under Mr. DeCoux's direction, the Autonomy Institute has promoted Intelligent Transportation Infrastructure Standards, essential for creating environments conducive to technological innovation and growth.

These zones aim to transform traditional infrastructure through the integration of technologies that support electrification, digital equity, and sustainable urban planning and development. Akin to the role of roads, rules, and traffic signals in traditional transportation systems, Intelligent Infrastructure Economic Zones are being deployed as a new benchmark to better manage mobile autonomy and UAM situational awareness in cities.
