Otteson Shapiro Welcomes Peter Morgan as Partner

DENVER - May 8, 2024 - PRLog -- Otteson Shapiro announced today that Peter J. Morgan has joined the firm's Denver office as a partner. Morgan represents policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation.

In his more than 25-year career, Morgan has represented insurance companies in connection with claims arising out of most types of insurance.  These include commercial general liability, professional liability, property, builders' risk, excess, umbrella, fidelity, E&O, D&O, homeowners, automobile, uninsured/underinsured motorist, personal and advertising injury, and life insurance.

Morgan has litigated and tried cases at the district court and appellate levels and is also an experienced arbitrator.

He has an AV^® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating with Martindale-Hubbell® and has been named to the list of Colorado Super Lawyers® 2019 – 2021 and 2023 – 2024 for his work in Insurance Coverage.

Prior to joining Otteson Shapiro, Morgan was a shareholder of a Denver law firm where he practiced primarily in the areas of insurance coverage, bad faith litigation, professional liability, and personal injury defense.
