Ground-Up Construction of Guthrie's Chicken in South Point, Ohio to Begin

IRONTON, Ohio - April 17, 2024 - PRLog -- Emnett Construction, an Ohio-based construction firm specializing in commercial projects, is thrilled to announce its latest endeavor: the ground-up construction of Guthrie's Chicken, a quick-service restaurant, in South Point, Ohio.

The project will include the construction of a freestanding 2,200 square-foot single-story restaurant with structural steel framework. This will be South Point's flagship Guthrie's Chicken location.

Scheduled to begin on April 10, 2024, and projected to be completed by mid-September, the project is a collaboration between Emnett Construction, project owner Guthrie's Tri-State, Hendon & Huckestein Architects, and Ohio-based Choice One Engineering. As the Project Manager, Jake Emnett, along with Superintendent Marty Clark, will oversee the construction process to ensure the highest quality standards are upheld through the duration of the project.
