Moreover, April witnessed an unprecedented surge in tourist arrivals during the first quarter of 2023, with a staggering 90.7 percent increase compared to the previous year. The Kingdom welcomed 1.476 million sightseers, a significant jump from the 774,111 visitors in the same period last year.
