APACHE JUNCTION, Ariz. - April 23, 2021 - PRLog -- This Sunday night, SKY 7's Rock and Roll 101 - hosted by Daniel the Musicologist – presents a look at the songs John Lennon and Paul McCartney "gave away" during their years with The Beatles.

These are early compositions by John and Paul that were lent to their musician friends or as works for hire. The recipients include Peter & Gordon, Billy J. Kramer with The Dakotas, Del Shannon, Joe Cocker, Cilla Black, The Fourmost, P.J. Proby, The Applejacks, The Silkie, and more, including The Rolling Stones!

In the second hour, "We Can Work It Out" is the Cover of the Week, notable birthdays for the second weekend of March (Mickey Dolenz, Dean Torrance and Mark Lindsay) , followed by a five-pack of The 1970s Supremes – without Diana Ross. The Vintage Tunedex peruses the Top 30 from New Musical Express for the week of March 12, 1965.
