With a Debut at Carnegie Hall A Grand Finale to the Year for Giya Rush

She was chosen as one of the eight composers between more than 800 applicants from all over the world, where she spent two weeks on the Skywalker Ranch in San Francisco, gaining knowledge of the industry firsthand from some of the most celebrated industry leaders in the USA, honing her skills and talents, including being mentored by Oscar winning composer James Newton Howard, among many other award winning composers.
