STRONGSVILLE, Ohio - Sept. 17, 2019 - PRLog -- A sudden cardiac arrest during a morning run left George Muller literally lifeless on the pavement of a high school 300 miles from home. His odds of surviving the condition were about 1 in 100.

Two years after coming out of a coma, with the help of advanced medical technology, but mostly through power of prayer, love, devotion and kindness, George and Betsy - George' wife of 35 years and best friend for 40 - continue to make a startling comeback.

Today, in commemoration of National Rehabilitation Awareness Week (September 15-21, 2019), Betsy has launched the story about the worst day of her life and the recovery that followed. The Comeback: An Energy Makeover Love Story (https://www.amazon.com/Comeback-Energy-Makeover-Love-Story/dp/1733048219/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=betsy+muller&qid=1568673383&sr=8-1), now available on Amazon, reveals Betsy's deepest emotions during a devastating time and offers insightful, practical information to prepare readers to respond should the unthinkable happen to them.

"Our story is a message to proud and healthy athletic people who think they can't be taken down," Betsy said. "It's a story about how important it is to take care of yourself so that you're in the best position to handle a crisis that involves the most important person in the world to you. I found myself having to deal with things that I rarely thought enough about, such as medical coverage and getting bills paid when you're unexpectedly away from home for weeks."

Residents of Strongsville, Ohio, Betsy and George were on a weekend getaway in Michigan when George had his sudden cardiac arrest. While George was hospitalized and in a coma, he later underwent therapy to literally learn how to live again, Betsy wrote daily - frequently on Facebook - to help her process what she was going through. The Comeback reveals the hope, love and sometimes desperation of her thoughts.

The book discusses Betsy and George's life together, from the time they met as students at the College of Wooster, to their marriage and parenting of a son and a daughter. George retired in 2015 from a career in marketing, including working as director of creative services for the Cleveland Browns. He also served as the head coach for Strongsville High School's men's lacrosse team.

Betsy is the founder of The Indigo Connection LLC, an holistic coach, spiritual business leader and inspirational speaker about women's health and self care. She is the author of Energy Makeover: A Conscious Way to Stay Young, Have Fun and Get More Done!
