Complaint Filed Against Judge from United States Bankruptcy Court in San Fernando Valley

LOS ANGELES - Jan. 2, 2018 - PRLog -- An official complaint has been filed with the Commission On Judicial Performance against Judge Maureen A. Tighe of the United States Bankruptcy Court in San Fernando Valley.  Plaintiff/creditor Adversary Proceeding Case requests and motions, including hearing were not handle appropriate by Judge Maureen A. Tighe.

Judge Maureen A. Tighe did not follow court procedures neither challenged the bankruptcy chapter 7 debtor (s) or defendant (s) at a hearing where she rushed the process and did not question debtor (s) defendant (s) or asked to provide proofs. Also judge Maureen A. Tighe has been censoring plaintiff/creditor 1st amendment rights of the U.S. Constitution.

Judge Maureen A. Tighe also discriminated on plaintiff who has not been feeling well and has been having ear and sounds illness but the judge did not care. Judge Maureen A. Tighe even issue a judgement against the plaintiff who is In Prop Per and not a lawyer that known all the laws for $500. Judge Maureen A. Tighe acted very un-heartened and biased.  Judge Maureen A. Tighe did not care that plaintiff has lost his home apartment and has become homeless.

Judge Maureen A. Tighe forgot that at court trial hearing all plaintiffs, defendants/debtors must be present, so in this case one of the defendant/debtor was not present. So a default judgment has been requested on one of the defendants/plaintiff for failure to appear to the court trial hearing.

Plaintiff/creditor has filed an official reconsideration appeal within the court to heard the case all over by different judge. If plaintiff/creditor is not satisfy with the results then he/she will file an appeal at the appellate court to have case be heard all over again.
