The Kim Foundation Annual Luncheon to Focus on Mental Health Stigma and Education

OMAHA, Neb. - Oct. 13, 2017 - PRLog -- The Kim Foundation will hold its annual luncheon, "A Time for Hope and Healing", on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at the Embassy Suites La Vista in La Vista, Nebraska.  The event, open to the general public, features keynote speaker Mike Veny, a premier thought leader who works to transform the stigma surrounding the topic of mental illness. Tickets are $75.00 per person for the 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. luncheon.

Veny will share his lived experience to educate the community and provide a message of hope, while incorporating humor and a musical twist in his remarks.  An in-depth conversation with Veny, including a Q&A, will take place following the luncheon from 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. at the Embassy Suites LaVista. Tickets for the session are $15.00 if attending the luncheon and $30.00 for the session only.
