Artech Information Systems LLC Aquires Tech-Pro, Inc

MORRISTOWN, N.J. - Jan. 5, 2017 - PRLog -- Artech Information Systems LLC ("Artech") is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Tech-Pro, Inc. ("Tech-Pro") a Minneapolis, MN-based information technology solutions company.  Tech-Pro provides IT, Engineering, and Business Strategies for a large variety of clients ranging from start-up businesses to Fortune 1000 organizations.
