Both parties would hire a mental health professional ($200-$250 per hour). 3. Both sides would hire an independent financial advisor (variable cost). 4. If parties don't settle and go to trial both sides cannot retain the original aforementioned professionals and would each need to hire a new attorney, mental health professional and independent financial advisor.
