Roth Staffing Companies Named a Best Place to Work in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES - June 16, 2016 - PRLog -- Roth Staffing Companies has been named a Best Place to Work in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal for the fourth consecutive year.  This includes the Roth Staffing business lines that operate in L.A. including Ultimate Staffing Services, Ledgent Finance & Accounting, Adams & Martin Group, and Ledgent Technology.   The annual program is hosted by the LA Business Journal and Best Companies Group and final rankings of the selected 100 L.A. businesses will be revealed at a special event on August 16, 2016, then published in the August 22, 2016, issue of the Los Angeles Business Journal.

This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Los Angeles, benefiting the county's economy, workforce and businesses.  The selection process consists of a two-part survey experience. In the first, the employer gives information about the company's policies, practices, benefits, and demographics, worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. In the second, employees participate in an engagement and satisfaction survey focused on their employer's leadership, planning, culture, training, pay and benefits, and other areas. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation.

The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Los Angeles, then analyzed the data and determined the final rankings.
