Tripps Travel Network Highlights Summer Variety in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS - April 13, 2016 - PRLog -- Las Vegas is the perfect place for a getaway and Tripps Travel Network knows that there is always something different going on. Check out some of these unique events while planning your Vegas vacation.

Salsa Congress - For the 13^th year, the Salsa Congress will return to Las Vegas and set up headquarters at the Tropicana Hotel & Casino. The pre-party begins at 10pm on June 30^th and goes into the wee hours of the morning. The next three days are full of workshops, dancing, shows, and more fun than you could imagine. The Las Vegas Salsa Bachata Congress All-Star Orchestra will be playing Friday night and there will also be local musicians performing. Choreographers Fernando Sosa, Marco & Karel, as well as Andrea & Silvia will be teaching routines to be performed on Sunday night. Tickets are available as a bundle or a la carte for specific events.

Romance Novels - Las Vegas has always had a soft spot for romance so it comes as no surprise that the 4th Annual Romance Novel Convention would be held in Sin City. Opportunities to meet favorite romance novel authors and romance novel cover art models are available, as well as classes in writing, building a career, and how to get your books published. Harrah's is proud to host this convention from June 1st to June 5^th.

Electric Daisy Carnival - Held this year at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway June 17^th through the 19^th, this adults-only event is a guaranteed good time. Enjoy the vividness of day and the dreaminess of night with others who share your deep passion for music, art, and discovery. Several stages and areas bring something for everyone, from the circuitGROUNDS to the neonGARDEN, the technology and colors will blow your mind. Chess Festival - If you stumble upon the Westgate Resort and Casino any time between June 22^nd and June 27^th, don't be surprised to find the Las Vegas International Chess Festival. Competitions, camps, lectures, and even a poker tournament are on the schedule. There are opportunities for both spectating and competing.
