Shermco Industries Presents, Exhibits at WINDPOWER 2016

IRVING, Texas - March 23, 2016 - PRLog -- Shermco Industries will be participating in the American Wind Energy Association's WINDPOWER 2016 conference and exposition at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, held May 23-26 in New Orleans, La.

Jim White, training director for Shermco, will present "Managing Risk in an Electrical World." Author of "Electrical Safety: A Practical Guide to OSHA and NFPA 70E," White has a long and distinguished career in the electrical industry and has held a wide range of industry chairs and posts. He is an IEEE Senior Member and received the IEEE/PCIC Electrical Safety Excellence award in 2011.

Kevin Alewine, director of marketing for Shermco, will again chair the AWEA Operations and Maintenance Committee meeting as well as participate with AWEA staff and other industry thought leaders in both the Operations Steering Committee and the Safety Steering Committee meetings, which work to develop programs and initiatives to reduce operating costs and improve safety standards for the wind industry.

Shermco will also be exhibiting at the expo, booth number 3029.
