Hollywood Personal Trainer First Southern United States Certified By Mr. Olympia

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. - March 15, 2016 - PRLog -- Joe Sorrento is now a DY HIT Master trainer.  DY HIT is Dorian Yates High Intensity Training program. It was developed and used by six-time, Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates to win the prestigious Mr. Olympia title six years in a row, 1992-1997.   Dorian Yates has now begun personally training and certifying DY HIT Master Trainers. The first group of DY HIT Master Trainers was certified this past week at the 'Mecca' of Bodybuilding, Venice California's Gold's Gym.

Joe Sorrento is currently one of only a handful of DY HIT Master Trainers in the world.  He is a native of Buffalo, New York and operates out of Orangetheory Fitness in Hollywood, Florida and also is affiliated with Flex Appeal Miami.  Sorrento's return to his current physical condition, after suffering a major car crash where doctors told him that he was done with fitness due to head, neck and back trauma is nothing short of amazing.  Since returning to peak condition, several years ago, he has been a professional group and individual trainer for all ages and fitness levels.
