This novel is a unique collaborative effort from Screen writer Kevin Wenzel of Next Evolution Productions, and Paranormal Novelist Dawn Gray. The story set in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and offers an insight to a traditional New England town that has been virtually untouched by time for nearly five decades. This community that has no crime in its borders has found the secret to preservation is exclusion. When an outsider, Ryan Harris a Photo journalist, finds his way into this small community, he is quickly perceived as a threat and now must deal with the Chief of Police, Bruce Mitchell. This story is filled with Action, Drama, Romance and a subtle hint of comedy to round out this well written fiction. Production for this screenplay is set to complete by the fall of 2016, and is being shot in Western MA and North-Western CT.

After her sudden death, her only living relative comes to Colebrook to settle her affairs only to find things in this small town aren’t as they seem. Ryan Harris, a photojournalist for a world-renowned magazine sets out to uncover the secrets of this small Berkshire community.

About the Author:

Colebrook is the first collaborated effort that I’ve done and also the first non-paranormal novel that I’ve worked on. The premise of the book caught my attention, and working with Kevin Wenzel has been an experience. I hope to expand on Colebrook in the near future with more on Ryan and on the town and the history itself. My writing goes back to my youth when you used your imagination for everything. Mythology and history are my main obsession when it comes to writing. I usually take into consideration those facts behind what I write and bend it to make it my own.
