Mr. Dulany is a 20 year veteran with the U.S. Navy as an Intelligence Specialist. After retiring from the Navy, he moved his family to his wife’s native country of Spain, where he taught English to business professionals. After eight years of living abroad, he decided to finally pursue his dream of becoming a web designer. Mr. Dulany’s passion includes helping the client realize their vision for their company.
