Alpha-brainwave Meditation Time for Health and Happiness

 
WELLESLEY, Mass. - Oct. 22, 2015 - PRLog -- Dr. Gary Epler released a new report and video interview about alpha-brainwave time. What is it? “It’s daydreaming. Dr. Epler is an internationally-known professor at Harvard Medical School in Boston. Dr. Epler wrote a book about how to live with high energy in his book.
