Prefabricated Building Manufacturer Wins Big Award

PHOENIX - Oct. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Modular Solutions, Ltd Named to Provider List for Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc

On October  5, 2015, Modular Solutions, Ltd will be an approved prefabricated building services provider to the Mohave Educational Services Cooperative Inc., which will benefit its more than 450 public agencies and nonprofit entity members across the state for up to the next five years.

The Modular Solutions, Ltd Design-Build team is pleased to bring proven time saving solutions to Mohave members’ construction projects,” said Joe Hart, Modular Solutions President. “Our team utilizes a collaborative approach that allows us to manage all facets of a project from inception through warranty, and in most cases will have you in your new modular facility within 120 days”.

Modular Solutions, Ltd has managed projects ranging from $5,000 to $5,000,000.  The MESC Contract with Modular Solutions, Ltd includes, (but is not limited to): Turnkey design and installation of factory direct new prefabricated buildings, relocation of existing buildings, and installation services/site work associated with new or relocated modular buildings. Modular Solutions, Ltd has the flexibility to service contracts on an accelerated basis because we have our own work force and can control the schedule variables that happen in the construction industry.
