Over 200 homes will be open and welcome to visitors. Many homes are decorated and showcase great ideas and the hottest design trends. The tour is free, self-guided and open to the public. The tour books are available starting Sept. 30 at the HBA office, located at 5580 Centerview Drive in Raleigh, or at individual parade homes beginning Oct. 3. “As we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Parade of Homes, the HBA still believes home ownership is one of the greatest achievements and privileges of the American Dream,” said, Glenn White, 2015 president of the HBA and president of Complete Construction Company, Inc. “I am proud to lead an organization that continues to inspire and encourage an interest in the new home industry through this annual event.” Parade homes will be judged prior to the first open house weekend and winners will be announced to the public the day after the Awards Gala on Monday, Oct. 12. Prizes will be awarded for Gold, Silver & Bronze Awards for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd places, and the best special features are also recognized. Homes featured in the Triangle Parade will range in price from $199,000- $2 million.
