FrontDoor Communities’ Goulding House Chosen as Display Location for Art in the City

ATLANTA - Sept. 30, 2015 - PRLog -- FrontDoor Communities is pleased to announce its participation in Art in the City, a temporary exhibit of Roswell art. Taking place now through Oct. 31, 2015, the installation displays works of art in municipal and private spaces throughout the city.

FrontDoor’s Goulding House, located just steps away from Canton Street in the Goulding community, will host four unique works of art by artists Isabelle Gautier and Rae Broyles. Gautier, an artist with a French contemporary flair, will showcase three works in the home, while Rae Broyles will showcase one. The work displayed at the Goulding house is sponsored by Muse & Co. Fine Art, a local gallery located in downtown Roswell.

Designed to coincide with National Arts and Humanities Month, the Art in the City event aims to increase awareness of the arts by displaying it in public spaces for the community at large to enjoy. FrontDoor Communities’ strong desire to become involved with and give back to the local community inspired its participation in this unique event.

Also taking place during National Arts and Humanities Month is the First Friday Art Walk. October’s Art Walk will include a trolley stop at the Goulding House, where participants can enjoy wine, cheese and tours of the historic home and displayed art. The Art Walk will take place Friday, Oct. 2 from 6 until 7 p.m.

During Art in the City, the Goulding House will be open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sunday from 1 until 6 p.m. for touring.
