Truelok Check Valves for Multi Gases Delivery System

ONTARIO, Calif. - Nov. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Truelok® Valves and Fittings has introduced Check Valves for instrumentation and general industry, for preventing reverse flow of gas with reliable leak tight shut off, to avoid contamination and mixing of gases in a multi gases delivery system. Check valves are designed for working pressure up to 6000 psig (413 bar) at a temperature rating of -10 F to 375 F.  Manufactured in SS 316 material with fluorocarbon (FKM) lined poppet assembly.  Check valves are designed for specific cracking pressure of 1/3psi, 1psi, 5psi, 10psi and 25 psi, with a variety of end connections Tube Fitting, Male & Female NPT in sizes from 1/8’’to 1’’ sizes.Every Truelok check valve is 100% factory tested for cracking and reseal performance.
Check valves are self actuating valves that permit gases and liquid in one direction. They do not require an outside power supply to operate, since they use a pressure drop created by the media flow. Check valves are used in various industries such as petrochemical, chemical, refinery, power plant and water treatment plants.
