Emerich, an ACTEC Fellow and Board Certified attorney in wills, trusts and estates at Farr Law Firm. Mr. Bass is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates and has been an attorney with Farr Law Firm since 2009. He focuses his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and related tax matters. Mr. Bass received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 2015. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009 and received his Juris Doctor in 2009 from Stetson University College of Law. Mr. Bass also received his Bachelor of Arts from Flagler College in 2006. Mr. Bass is also active in the community and supports a number of local organizations. He currently serves as a Board Member for the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, President of the Charlotte Estate Planning Council and an Advisory Board Member for Charlotte State Bank & Trust. About Florida Fellows Institute The Florida Fellows Institute was created by Florida Fellows of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) to develop the profession's future leaders through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field.
