Ripple Effect Management Adds Two More Managers to Lit Team

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - Sept. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- LOS ANGELES - Eric H. Silver and Amanda Rothberg are joining Ripple Effect Management as literary managers.

“We’re super excited about Eric and Amanda,” says Jonathan Fields, a partner at Ripple Effect. “They’re tenacious at finding amazing, gifted writers and will be the last people left at Sundance or Toronto.”

Silver and Rotherberg will report to Fields who heads the literary department. The sole focus will be on high-concept feature films and TV series that will 'go the distance.'

"We only will send scripts that have the power to be blockbusters at the box office or huge TV series," says Fields.

Ripple Effect Management has been on a hiring binge after buying out a medium-sized NY-based lit agency in a deal worth $8 million.

“Our goal is to get the very best scripts before any of the big agencies and that means working 100% harder than the big agencies,” adds Silver. “We’re a unified team.”

“While we don’t accept unsolicited scripts,” says Fields, “we will find the writers one way or another.”

Ripple Effect is based in Santa Monica and NYC.
