2-Star Michelin Chef to Join Renowned OC Indian Chef Geeta Bansal in Four Hands Dinner 10/8

The first will be a four hands dinner with Mauro Colagreco, chef/patron of the two Michelin-starred Mirazur restaurant in Menton, France who will be joining Chef Geeta Bansal at Clay Oven (15435 Jeffrey Road, Ste 116, Irvine) on Thursday, October 8th, 2015. Chef Colagreco's Mirazur restaurant, part of the esteemed Relais & Chateaux network, is ranked #11 on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list. Colagreco is a well-known figure in the international culinary community and has a fanbase of gourmands and foodies across the globe. Chef Colagreco and Chef Bansal both share a passion for sustainable quality ingredients and maintain their own seasonal gardens to supply their restaurants.

The six-course dinner with optional wine pairings will commence at 6:30 pm and will include a few surprises from both chefs.
