The Dean Law Firm Opens Office in Midland, Texas

MIDLAND, Texas - Aug. 13, 2015 - PRLog -- Since earning his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1995, Attorney James Christopher Dean has made it his goal to right the wrongs suffered by personal injury victims throughout West Texas. He founded the Dean Law Firm in Houston shortly after graduating from law school and has won numerous jury verdicts and settlements over the years.

Today, Chris is proud to go back to his roots. He was born in Midland in 1968 and loves the community of people there. In an effort to widen the net of individuals he is able to serve, Chris recently opened a second office on West Wall Street in the heart of Midland.

Chris was not only born in Midland, he was raised there and his entire family truly invested themselves in the community, continuing to do so even now. While attending Midland High School, Chris played football and ended up graduating in the top 5% of his class in 1987.

His father, Thurston E. Dean, M.D., practiced orthopedics in Midland for nearly 40 years, beginning in 1960. Dr. Dean was the team doctor for both Midland High and Midland Lee throughout his practice and was the real doctor in the book and movie Friday Night Lights. Chris was privileged to work for his dad in the office, emergency room, and during surgeries.

John C. Dean M.D. is Chris’s brother who moved to Midland to practice orthopedics and sports medicine with their father. Dr. John Dean practices in Midland to this day and is the team doctor for the Midland Lee Rebels.

This family legacy is something that Chris is honored to carry on. “I am blessed that my practice of law extends to all regions of United States,” says Chris. “I am most proud that I can start an office in my hometown to serve West Texans, just as my family has done since 1960. I look forward to living up to my family name.”
