Dielectric Promotions and Hires

Dielectric promotes and adds staff to enhance portfolio of talent

PORTLAND, Maine - Aug. 6, 2015 - PRLog -- Dielectric, LLC has announced several new hires and promotions as part of its strategy for continued innovation and growth.

John Schadler has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering. With 27 years at Dielectric, John’s breadth and depth of knowledge is as extensive as his recognition throughout the industry. Most recently Dielectric’s Director of Antenna Development, John originally joined Dielectric Communications in New Jersey—formerly the RCA Antenna Division. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, and has 42 issued and multiple pending patents.

“John has unparalleled strengths when it comes to R&D, long-term vision and out-of-the-box thinking,” said Keith Pelletier, GM and VP of Dielectric. “John’s accomplishments over the years have earned him the industry stature of an engineering leader. His appointment to VP of Engineering will keep Dielectric at the forefront of broadcast companies for many years to come,” Mr. Pelletier added.

John also will have a strong resource in Andre Skalina. As Dielectric’s VP of Technology, Andre will continue to share the expertise that has played the lead role in paving Dielectric’s path for many decades. Mr. Pelletier noted that, “It is due to Andre’s skills that we are where we are today and viewed as the industry leader in broadcast.” He added, “I personally want to thank Andre, as does the rest of the staff at Dielectric, for his many years of hard work and dedication.”

A new and highly experienced addition to the Dielectric team is RF Engineer Derek Small. During almost three decades in the RF industry, Derek has designed products for the military and defense sector, FM, and TV. He graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine, Orono, and holds 4 patents related to broadcast filters and IBOC combining.

In addition to Derek, several others have joined the Dielectric team in manufacturing, service, and financial roles over the past 6 months. This growth of staff is evidence of Dielectric’s current success. In Mr. Pelletier’s words, “It started with strategic sales initiatives followed by hard work, teamwork and countless hours of collaboration. It is due to our team’s efforts that we have been able to grow and be successful.” Dielectric’s GM added, “I am extremely proud to be part of this team. It’s truly second to none. The new hires are already making contributions to Dielectric’s success and strengthening our portfolio.”
