New England Environmental Industry Expert Joins Partner

BOSTON - Aug. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Framingham, MA – July 23, 2015 – Elizabeth S. Krol, P.G. has joined Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), a national engineering, environmental and energy consulting firm headquartered in Torrance, Calif., as National Client Manager. Based in Framingham, MA, Krol has over 20 years of experience as a Professional Geologist (P.G.) specializing in the environmental and engineering due diligence of commercial real estate.  Krol is recognized for technical acumen, attention to detail, and delivering thorough reports, and is highly sought after for her expert opinion for both publications and speaking engagements.

Before joining Partner, Krol was served as Principal at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), and before that was the Northeast Due Diligence Manager for CB&I Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc. a firm responsible for designing, engineering, and constructing some of the world’s largest energy infrastructure projects.  Krol has extensive experience managing a diverse range of projects and training in institutional grade properties and clients around the country.  She is passionate about equity transactions and is particularly valuable in applying her expertise to best address the needs of her owner/operator clients, and to effectively guide them from the pre-acquisition due diligence process through to full-service asset management.  At Partner, Krol will utilize her deep knowledge of the environmental and engineering due diligence industry, as well as her understanding of local commercial real estate needs to continue expanding Partner’s presence in the Boston and the New England area.

Krol’s extensive experience across environmental due diligence, industrial hygiene and the building sciences includes the management of a large portfolio in excess of $3billion in acquisitions for a prominent eal estate investment firm, as well as providing pre-acquisition due diligence for the British Defense firm on a portfolio of marine terminal facilities.  Her book of renowned clients in the US and abroad has included Colony Realty Partners, CBRE, The Shaw Group, Mintz Levin, and Capital Crossing Bank.

Krol holds an MBA from Suffolk University, an M.S. in Geological Science from Lehigh University, and a B.A. in Geology from Colgate University. She is also a registered Professional Geologist affiliated with, or chair of, several organizations including, but not limited to: ASTM International, CREW Boston Chapter, Urban Land Institute, Environmental Bankers Association, Commonground, and New England Women in Energy and the Environment. As an active member of several national and New-England organizations, Krol speaks as an expert on various environmental due diligence topics and is frequently quoted in published articles in addition to her own white papers and journal publications.
