KidzAct the Youth Theatre of The Naples Players Presents Legally Blonde The Musical!

NAPLES, Fla. - July 22, 2015 - PRLog -- NAPLES, FL- KidzAct (http://naplesplayers.org/education_Youth.html) has a whole lot of fun in store for audiences this summer. After The Naples Players tackled this energetic and upbeat musical, the talented teens of KidzAct have their own version that you just have to see.  Legally Blonde the Musical isplaying August 14-16, in Blackburn Hall at Sugden Community Theatre in downtown Naples.  Dawn Lebrecht Fornara will direct and choreograph. Charles Fornara will serve as musical director.

         What does the eternally optimistic and perky sorority-sister Elle Woods do when she loses the man of her dreams and her life is turned upside down? Apply to Harvard Law School to win him back, duh!  As Elle struggles with professors and peers, her two friends, Emmett and Paulette, help her realize her true potential and it’s not long before she defies expectations by proving that being true to yourself never goes out of style.  With a peppy score and non-stop dance numbers, Legally Blonde is fun from start to finish.

Pilar and Zach Gibson as Grandmaster, Chad, Dewey and Kyle.  The talented ensemble that plays multiple featured roles includes Maggie Boswell, Ben Cabral, Zach Cornwall, Holly Dicastro, Driogtas, Frederico, Morgan French, Paulina Gonzalez, Dakota Hemberger, Anthony Henderson, Joseph Hurtado, Alexandra Igoe, Jessica Jarvis, Kaliegh McFadden, Tiffany Morina, Kalie Miner, Lily Natal, Sami Newbrough, Janine Norman, Sydney Richards, Angeles Santana, Sophie Sawyer, Jack Stewart and Catherine Westley.

Performances for KidzAct Legally Blonde will be heldFriday at 7:30 p.m., Saturday (2 shows) matinee at 2:00 p.m. and evening performance at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m.  Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students 21 and under, and can be purchased at the box office or by calling 239-263-7990.
