At street level, a soaring 3-story glass-encased, atrium lobby streams sunlight into the building and showcases the magnificent Louise Nevelson sculpture, “Dawn Shadows.” The 45-story 200 W Madison building has a central location offering convenient access to many amenities for city dwellers and suburban commuters.
