JACA Architects promotes Susie Festel to Associate

QUINCY, Mass. - July 9, 2015 - PRLog -- Anthony Cavallaro, President of JACAArchitects (www.jacaarchitects.com), today announced the promotion of Susie Festel of Dorchester, Massachusetts to Associate, Interior Designer.

The promotion is a result of a recent reorganization within the 24-year-old firm, a restructuring intended to further strengthen JACA’s focus on the exclusive design of facilities in the healthcare/medical industry.

Festel, who has been with JACA Architects for five years and has 16 years of industry experience, previously held the title of Project Manager and Interior Designer.  Prior to joining JACA she was a Project Manager and Interior Designer with Tsoi/Kobus and Associates in Cambridge and an Interior Designer with ARC/Architectural Resources, also in Cambridge.

A graduate of North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design, Festel is originally from Mankato, Minnesota.  She is NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) certified.

Festel lives in Dorchester and is an active volunteer with local animal shelters, having fostered numerous cats and kittens over the past nine years.  She also assisted with the design of an outdoor enclosure at the Gifford Cat Shelter in Brighton.
