An innovative not-for-profit professional trade association, the CCIAOR has over 2,300 members throughout the Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha’s Vineyard area. The group is affiliated with the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® in Waltham, MA, as well as the National Association of REALTORS® in Chicago, IL. Their affiliate membership is available for those businesses or individuals associated with a company, firm, or corporation that is either related to or else have an interest in the real estate industry, but are not actively buying, selling, appraising, renting, leasing, exchanging, or managing real estate for compensation.
